The Orbital Maxi MD is the Orbital Maxi adapted for demanding conditions — a hermetic enclosure lets you shake samples safely in environments with humidity reaching 95%, such as climate chambers and humidity incubators. The raised IP65 rating protects the mechanism from moisture and splashes.
Despite the sealed build, the unit keeps the full Orbital Maxi performance: a load of up to 25 kg, 30 mm orbital motion and a 30–220 rpm speed range. Microprocessor control holds a constant speed regardless of the load, and the timer (0–120 min) limits the run time.
