Privacy notice (GDPR)

In line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation — “GDPR”), we explain below how we process your personal data.

What data and why: the details you submit in the inquiry form (name, e-mail, message, and optionally phone and company) are processed solely to answer you and prepare a quote — under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request and the controller’s legitimate interest). The ovan.com.pl site keeps no user accounts and stores no submitted forms — your message is relayed to our mailbox, not saved on the site.

Analytics and advertising: with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) for statistics and marketing. Until you consent, a default-deny mode applies (Consent Mode v2) and no cookies are stored; data may be transferred to third countries under Standard Contractual Clauses. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent at any time, and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland. We keep data no longer than the purpose for which it was collected requires.
