The OvanTherm H thermostatic oil bath takes over where a water bath’s range runs out. With an oil medium it holds a stable temperature up to 200°C — ideal for high-temperature reactions, assays and processes that need to run well above the boiling point of water.
Digital control with an LCD display shows the set and actual temperature, while the hydraulic thermostat keeps the setting. A 2000 W heater brings the bath up to temperature quickly, and the AISI 304 stainless-steel tank is durable and easy to maintain.
The bath comes in four capacities: 12, 20, 27 and 45 litres (BH212E–BH245E). The setup can be extended with a gable lid and test-tube racks. The same model is also available in a water version up to 100°C. Get in touch and we will match the variant and prepare a quote.
